In 2024 I became the lead designer and project manager on our 2025 New Store Opening in Bismarck, ND. I was tasked with developing our new directional overhead signage and permanent signage for the new store as well as gathering and preparing store signage for all departments for print and creating any new signage needed for this location. This also included delegating projects to team members and overseeing their progress to ensure an on time delivery.

Through this project I ran weekly meeting with our print vendor to develop prototypes and final products of our new signage and created an installation plan. I was also tasked with reviewing quotes and negotiating signage and installation prices. I also participated in weekly NSO team meetings updating leadership on the current process and timeline. I developed strong problem solving and leadership skills through this project.
